I have been seeing a lot of Sargus & Battle reels with the same problems.
1. The side cover screws are coming lose and this causes the gears to grind down.
2. The crosswind block screw is backing out and gets caught in the main gear and destroys it and the pinion gear as well.
3. Is the paint is coming off the main bodies and the side cover.
All of these are Warranty issues and can be sent to us for warranty repair.
